How it works

  1. Choose your option
  • Personal Photos: Upload your own images.
  • Spiritual Designs: Select from our ready-made spiritual templates and write your custom message.
  • Mix Both: Combine personal photos and spiritual designs in any ratio you prefer.
  1. Select your PixMag set: Available in sets of 6, 9, 12, 15, or 18 magnets.
  2. Customize your PixMags
    • Set of 6 = 2 personal photos + 4 spiritual designs
    • Set of 9 = 5 personal photos + 4 spiritual designs
    • Or any other combination that adds up to your selected set.
    • For Personal Photos, upload the number of images that matches your selected set.
    • ForĀ Spiritual Designs, choose your designs and write your custom text for each.
    • ForĀ Mix, you can split the set however you like. For example:
  3. Choose Add-on: Sending as a gift? Choose gift wrapping as an add-on.Ā 
  4. Add to cart: Review your selections and complete your purchase.

To fit the 5x5 cm PixMag format, your photo may be gently cropped. We always preserve the heart of your image or message. If you’re unsure or want to double-check the final look, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help ensure it turns out just as you expect.

Q: What kind of photos can I use for my PixMags?

A: You can use your own photos! Just make sure they are high-quality (not blurry or pixelated), close-up, and in a common file format like JPEG or PNG.

Q: What if my photo looks bad on the PixMag?

A: We’re not responsible for the quality of the photos you upload. Please double-check your image before submitting it to ensure it looks the way you want it to on your PixMag.

Q: Will my photo be cropped to fit the PixMag size?

A: Yes, we may crop your photo slightly to fit the 5x5 cm PixMag format. Don’t worry — we always aim to keep the most important parts of your image intact.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can place your order directly through our website.

Q: How do I keep track of my order?

A: We’ll send you regular updates about your order status.

Q: Can Memora cancel my order?

A: Yes, we may cancel orders if there are technical problems or if the image you submit doesn’t follow our guidelines.

Q: Do you keep my photos after the order is completed?

A: No, we take your privacy seriously. All uploaded photos are automatically deleted once your order has been processed and printed. We never store or reuse your images.


Pricing & Payment

Q: How much do the PixMags cost?

A: Prices are listed on our website and may vary depending on your selections. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept the payment methods shown during checkout on our website.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: When you place your order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including PixMags, shipping, and any applicable taxes.


Production & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to make my PixMags?

A: Production usually takes 2–3 working days.

Q: How much is shipping and how long will it take?

A: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Please note these are estimates, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. We currently ship all over Egypt

Q: What happens if my order gets lost or damaged during shipping?

A: Once your order is handed to the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You may be able to cancel shortly after placing it. Please contact customer support right away. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the production stage.

Q: Can I return my customized PixMags for a refund?

A: Because your PixMags are personalized, we only accept returns or refunds if there’s a production error or mistake on our part.

Q: What if my PixMag is defective or I received the wrong item?

A: Contact customer support within 1 day of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue. If confirmed to be our mistake, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like how my photo looks on the PixMag?

A: Sorry, we can’t offer returns or refunds for photo quality issues if the image was uploaded by you.
