Q: What if my photo looks bad on the PixMag?

A: We’re not responsible for the quality of the photos you upload. Please double-check your image before submitting it to ensure it looks the way you want it to on your PixMag.

Q: Will my photo be cropped to fit the PixMag size?

A: Yes, we may crop your photo slightly to fit the 5x5 cm PixMag format. Don’t worry — we always aim to keep the most important parts of your image intact.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can place your order directly through our website.

Q: How do I keep track of my order?

A: We’ll send you regular updates about your order status.

Q: Can Memora cancel my order?

A: Yes, we may cancel orders if there are technical problems or if the image you submit doesn’t follow our guidelines.

Q: Do you keep my photos after the order is completed?

A: No, we take your privacy seriously. All uploaded photos are automatically deleted once your order has been processed and printed. We never store or reuse your images.


Pricing & Payment

Q: How much do the PixMags cost?

A: Prices are listed on our website and may vary depending on your selections. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept the payment methods shown during checkout on our website.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: When you place your order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including PixMags, shipping, and any applicable taxes.


Production & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to make my PixMags?

A: Production usually takes 2–3 working days.

Q: How much is shipping and how long will it take?

A: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Please note these are estimates, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. We currently ship all over Egypt

Q: What happens if my order gets lost or damaged during shipping?

A: Once your order is handed to the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You may be able to cancel shortly after placing it. Please contact customer support right away. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the production stage.

A: Because your PixMags are personalized, we only accept returns or refunds if there’s a production error or mistake on our part.

Q: What if my PixMag is defective or I received the wrong item?

A: Contact customer support within 1 day of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue. If confirmed to be our mistake, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like how my photo looks on the PixMag?

A: Sorry, we can’t offer returns or refunds for photo quality issues if the image was uploaded by you.
