Memora: Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order for customized PixMags from Memora. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

I. Ordering and Customization:

  • Image Submission: You are solely responsible for the quality of the image(s) you submit for your customized photo magnets. Memora is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or otherwise low-quality images provided by you. Submitted images should be in an acceptable file format (e.g. PNG) and of good quality. You warrant that you own the rights to use the submitted image(s) and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright. You agree not to submit any illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization. Memora reserves the right to refuse to produce any order if the submitted image violates these terms.
  • Order Placement and Acceptance: Orders are placed through our website. Your order is considered accepted by Memora upon our confirmation email. Memora reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion, including but not limited to technical issues or violation of these image guidelines.

II. Pricing and Payment:

  • Pricing: The price for our products will be clearly displayed on our website and may vary based on customization options. All prices are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are not inclusive in the prices displayed on our website.
  • Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods listed on our website during the checkout process.
  • Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize Memora to charge your provided payment method for the total order amount. For the time being, our shipping fees is flat rate of 100 EGP across all Egypt and are included during the checkout process.

III. Production and Shipping:

  • Production Time: The estimated production time for PixMags will be 1 to 2 working days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are 3 working days, however, Memora is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We currently ship to the anywhere inside Egypt.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for the purchased items pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

IV. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:

  • Custom Nature of Product: Please note that Memora's PixMags are customized products made to your specific order.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of orders may be possible within a limited timeframe after placement. Please contact our customer support immediately if you wish to cancel. Memora reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee depending on the stage of production.
  • Returns and Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally only offered for manufacturing defects or errors directly attributable to Memora. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify our customer support through the "contact us" page within 1 day of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, Memora will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or a refund. Returns or refunds will not be provided for issues related to the quality of the image submitted by you.

V. Intellectual Property:

  • Your Rights: By submitting an image, you grant Memora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, and distribute the image for the purposes of order fulfillment and promotional use, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising. You retain all other rights to your image. By submitting, you confirm that you have the authority to grant this license and that no third-party rights are violated.
  • Memora's Rights: All rights to the design, production processes, and any Memora logos or branding present on the magnets or our website remain the sole property of Memora.

VI. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memora's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the supply of the customized photo magnets shall be limited to the purchase price of the specific magnets in question.
  • Memora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Egypt, and the federal laws of Egypt as applicable therein.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt. 

VIII. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

  • Memora reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
